Role Profile

The Project Coordinator/Project Management Associate role is responsible for supporting project capacity and launch planning, tracking timelines, and reporting progress for specific initiatives and product launch needs. Strong communications and operations coordination, scheduling, and tracking are key components of this role. Bring your skills in business, operations, and planning to leverage multiple resources to assist in managing timelines and work streams and deliver status updates to Bridge project teams as well as client stakeholders and field communities.     

Core Responsibilities

  • Engage with business owners and stakeholders in multiple functional areas to document key project objectives, priorities, timelines, and dependencies
  • Support quick-turn project plans, schedules, and reports for on-time delivery to clients
  • Collaborate with Bridge project teams and clients daily, documenting meetings, plans and processes to advance and improve project and program launch
  • Communicate progress, status, and summarized updates for project status to both internal and external audiences
  • Assist in creation of presentations, documentation, reports, status emails and online updates
  • Navigate team understanding of client corporate policies and global standards to ensure smooth implementations
  • Work with Bridge internal teams and tools effectively and closely to create client assets and wins
  • Pinch-hit in a variety of project operational areas and needs, both planned and unplanned


  • 2-3 years project or operations coordination work experience, and/or associate level project management background
  • Familiarity with technology companies or products via work experience or education
  • Experience engaging with a wide range of audiences, from end user to senior management
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally – verbally including virtually in online meetings, and in writing via email and collaborative sites and presentations  
  • Very strong O365 skills particularly in Excel and PPT; fast learner in other cloud-based systems, tools, and technologies
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to multitask within competing schedules, deadlines, and urgent business needs
  • Experience in business writing and reporting functions; willing to learn new reporting tools
  • Excellent customer interaction and meeting/presentation skills
  • Comfortable with online learning and meeting tools, as well as scheduling and running logistics for small-to-large online meetings
